We offer our customers turnkey, tailor-made solutions.
Key products and solutions combining performance, durability and safety for your surface vessel
Supply of a fire-fighting system for the helicopter landing pad and the bunker stations, a high-pressure surveillance unit and a foam tank.
Supply of ventilation and AC systems in explosion-proof explosion-proof environments, in accordance with specific marine health and safety regulations. Supply of a fire-fighting system (HiFex) dedicated to hangar compartments dedicated to hangar compartments The HiFex system is a low-pressure water fog system with added liquid foam.
Heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment designed and adapted to the particular requirements of the vessels (internal thermal loads, redundancy, etc.) with air and vibration systems in compact anti-shock and anti-vibration units. The fire-fighting system is designed and adapted to the particular requirements of the compartments (CO2, NOVEC, HP or LP water mist system).
We manufacture custom electrical switchboards and control panels that will give you a quick and complete overview of the various systems on board. The equipment is designed according to the constraints of the vessels (shock resistance, low vibration and noise levels, compact volume, power supply, compact size, AC/DC power supply, EMC, etc.). The equipment ensures safe operations.
Integration of a low-noise, high-efficiency sea mist eliminator system and louvres to preserve the downstream HVAC installation. The inlet and outlet grilles are designed with a low Radar Cross-Section (RCS).
The design is fully integrated with the overall layout of the vessel, thanks to the compact coordination of ductwork, piping and electrical systems, providing easy/intelligent maintenance areas. All the equipment supplied is silent, shock-resistant and vibration-proof. The CA rooms integrate the NBC air filtration units and the NBC pressurisation system in a compact module accessible from outside the ship.
The system is designed for all kitchen equipment in the kitchen, for all configurations and all types of kitchen. The system is also designed to comply with marine health and safety regulations. Supply of a fire-fighting system (HiFex) fire-fighting system (HiFex) based on CO2 and chemical extinguishing agents for typical galley areas (fryers, cookers, cooker hoods, exhaust ducts, etc.) supply of dedicated refrigeration units for galley equipment.
Supply of refrigeration systems and evaporators specially designed to optimise performance and hygiene. The refrigeration system ensures an adequate supply of provisions for the crew during short- and long-term operations. The refrigeration systems and evaporators are designed to meet the requirements of ships (shock resistance, low vibration and noise signature, compact volume, AC/DC power supply, redundancy, etc.). The system supplies the standard refrigeration room as well as the galley refrigerators. Use of an environmentally-friendly refrigerant.
Supply of dedicated air conditioners to ensure pressurisation of the room and very precise control of air temperature and humidity with a filtration level.
Our CBRN protection units reliably ensure the safety of your ship's crew in the event of the use of chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear warfare agents. With the SLG TpN compact door stations, AXIMA & Noske-Kaeser have developed a CBRN protection unit that has been successfully used for decades on surface ships of various navies.
Low-noise individual or collective air-conditioning systems Air-conditioning systems for crew comfort in accordance with international rules on naval health and safety. Design of fire-fighting systems in accordance with international safety regulations.
Supply of optimised chilled water units adapted to the performance required on board. The chilled water is used for cooling
HVAC and critical systems (electronics/armament). Use of an environmentally-friendly refrigerant. Exclusive, special design for condensers/receivers and evaporators. Chilled water and seawater pumps are integrated into the unit. The chilled water units are designed with the constraints of ships in mind constraints (compact volume, power supply, redundancy, EMC, vibration resistance, etc.).
Air-conditioning, ventilation and fire-fighting systems are designed and fully adapted to the equipment of all machines and facilities. Supply of chilled water or seawater chillers for CBRN requirements. The design is carried out in accordance with international design and safety regulations. Supply of a fire-fighting system for the acoustic enclosures of diesel engines and gas turbines.
Dedicated or integrated automation to manage installations and optimise their energy efficiency and contribute to safety and maintenance management.
Supply of ventilation and air conditioning systems to ensure very precise control of air temperature and humidity in an explosion-proof environment in accordance with naval regulations. Supply of an ammunition spray system to cool the bulkhead and ceiling in the event of fire in adjacent compartments.
