ABOUT US

With over 140 years of combined expertise, Axima Marine and Noske-Kaeser have built a strong legacy in delivering advanced technical solutions for the maritime and offshore industries. Our journey is rooted in engineering excellence, innovation, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced at sea.

In 2001, the merger of Rineau Frères, Axima Belgium, Sulzer Infra, and GTI gave rise to Axima, a new force in HVAC, refrigeration, fire fighting, and technical maintenance within the GDF SUEZ Group. In parallel, Noske-Kaeser—a historic German company—was expanding globally, establishing operations in France, India, China, Australia, and Canada, and entering the offshore market in 2010 with integrated HVAC and firefighting  systems for wind farms and electrical sub stations.

Despite global economic and industry-specific crises, Noske-Kaeser demonstrated resilience through strategic restructuring and innovation. In 2017, it joined Axima, strengthening the group’s global footprint and technical capabilities making us one of the top 3 global players in climate engineering, refrigeration and fire safety in the marine and offshore sectors.

In 2021, a new chapter began with the creation of Equans, including Axima and Ineo—under one brand. Today, as part of Equans, we are backed by 75,000 experts worldwide, delivering high-performance, sustainable solutions for naval vessels, submarines, cruise ships, offshore platforms, and mega yachts.

Our mission remains clear: to support our clients with reliable, energy-efficient systems that ensure comfort, safety, and operational excellence—anywhere in the world.
