Flagship solutions and products combining performance, sustainability and safety for merchant ships and special-purpose ships
Design completely integrated into the general arrangement (G.A.) of the ship thanks to the compact coordination of ducts, pipes and electricity systems, offering easy/intelligent maintenance zones.
Supply of ventilation and AC systems in explosion-proof environments, in accordance with specific marine health and safety regulations. Supply of a dedicated fire suppression system (HiFex) for hangar compartments. The HiFex system is a low-pressure water mist system with added liquid foam.
Supply of all firefighting systems available (CO², high pressure water, water mist, etc.) specially adapted to each ship. high pressure, water mist, etc.) specially adapted and optimised for each ship.
Air-conditioning, ventilation and fire-fighting systems are designed and adapted for all machinery, equipment and fittings. Supply of chilled water or seawater for CBRN requirements. The design is carried out in accordance with international design and safety regulations. Supply of a fire-fighting system for soundproofing diesel engines and gas turbines.
Supply of optimised chilled water units adapted to the performance required on board. Cooled water is used for the cooling
of the HVAC and critical systems (electronic/weapon systems).
Use of environmentally friendly coolant fluid. Exclusive, special design for the condensers/receptors and the evaporators. The cold water and sea water pumps are integrated into the unit.
The chilled water units are designed taking account of the ships’ constraints (compact volume, power supply, redundancy,
EMC, vibration resistance, etc.).
Heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment designed and adapted to the specific needs of the room.
HVAC equipment ensures operational availability through optimum climate control under the stressful conditions of the ship (shocks, low vibration and sound signature, compact volume, power supply, etc.).
We custom manufacture the electrical switchboards and control panels which will allow you to have a quick and complete overview
Of the different systems on board. The equipment is designed according to the ships’ constraints (shock resistance, low level of vibrations and noise, compact volume, AC/DC power supply, EMC, etc.). The equipment ensures the safety of the operations.
Supply of dedicated refrigeration installations and evaporators specially designed to optimise performance and hygiene. The refrigeration installation provides the appropriate supply for the crew during short and long term operations. The refrigeration installations and the evaporators are designed to correspond to the constraints of the ships (shock resistance, low vibratory and acoustic signature, compact volume, AC/DC power supply, redundancy, etc.). The system supplies the standard refrigeration room and the refrigerators in the galleys.
Use of environmentally friendly coolant fluid.
Aesthetic integration of sea noise eliminators and high-efficiency louvers to preserve the HVAC installation downstream.
System designed for all kitchen equipment, for all kitchen configurations. The system is also designed to comply with marine health and safety regulations. Supply of a fire-fighting system (HiFex) based on CO2 and chemical extinguishing agents for typical galley areas (fryers, cookers, cooker hoods, galley hoods, exhaust ducts, etc.) Supply of dedicated refrigeration units for galley equipment.
Air-conditioning systems for crew comfort in compliance with international rules on naval health and safety. The design of fire-fighting systems in line with international safety regulations.
Dedicated or integrated automation system to manage the installations and optimise their energy efficiency and contribute to safety and maintenance management.
Depending on the system chosen by the customer (type of fume cupboard and safety cabinet).
and safety cabins), we design, supply and commission the associated ventilation system for the laboratory. The fire-fighting system is designed and adapted to the particular requirements of the compartment (CO2, NOVEC HP or LP, etc.) in accordance with the customer's safety standards and international safety regulations.
